Solutions architect for martech, CRM & AEM platforms that ship on time.
Fifteen years turning tangled legacy platforms into scalable, AI-ready systems — as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and the architect clients call back.
Platforms delivered for
Resilience, rebuilt into results.
I'm a Solutions Architect and Product Owner who has spent the last fifteen years inside enterprise martech — migrating monolithic platforms onto Adobe Experience Manager, standing up e-commerce rebuilds, and running the agile ceremonies that keep distributed teams shipping.
I came back from a severe accident partway through my career, and it reset how I lead: bottom-up gap analysis, blunt stakeholder conversations, and a bias for removing blockers instead of reporting on them. That approach has carried teams at DISH Network, Toyota, Verizon, Deloitte, and Microsoft through migrations most vendors call "not until next year."
Since 2020 I've also run AJJA Technology Partners, taking on independent AEM, CRM, and project-advisory engagements alongside full-time delivery work — and lately, applying AI/LLM tooling directly inside AEM content workflows.
Where I plug in
Four ways I've helped enterprise teams move faster without breaking what already works — available through AJJA Technology Partners.
Platform Architecture & Migration
Legacy-to-AEM and monolith-to-microservices migrations, planned around the release calendar you actually have.
Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
Scrum Master and Product Owner coverage for programs that need someone to own the roadmap and remove blockers.
Martech & CRM Integration
Connecting Adobe Analytics/Target, Salesforce, Marketo, and CJA/AJO into one governed data & content pipeline.
AI-Enabled Content Ops
Applying LLM tooling inside AEM to auto-generate metadata, alt text, and personalized content at scale.
Fifteen years, one thread: fix the platform, then fix the process.
Click any role to expand the details.
Personalized AI/data-science program covering practical training, model building, tuning, and evaluation — applied directly back into AEM work.
Built two independent use cases: an AEM teaser component wired to ChatGPT with a governance data-catalog dashboard, and an AI image pipeline that generates alt text, tags, and device-personalized creative.
Onboarded into a distressed NFL account spanning 32 clubs on inconsistent tech stacks (Subscription Direct, One Pass, Ticket Master, Fantasy Apps, Uber Eats). Standardized the stack toward Snowflake → Adobe AEP/CJA/AJO → Marketo/Salesforce.
Created a bottom-up "People, Processes and Platform" methodology to diagnose the fiscal loss, then backed it with governance and a RACI-driven optimization plan.
Independent consulting practice running alongside full-time delivery work — staff augmentation, AEM solutions architecture, and applications advisory.
Planned and executed engagements with technical architects — requirement gathering, roadmap planning, resource allocation — while growing the account year over year.
Led DISH Network's Agile Delivery (Mint Mobile, Genesis Mobile, Republic Retail, Boost Infinite), migrated Toyota & Lexus off Sitecore onto Adobe, and headed GM Financial's upgrade to AEM 6.3 across South American markets.
Migrated Marsh & McLennan's 50+ primary and 10+ secondary sites onto AEM 6.3 across 12+ languages, building the reusable component and workflow library the whole program ran on.
Mercer Shark-Tank: delivered an app concept for institutional and retail wealth-management executives.
Steered legacy-to-AEM data migration and built the taxonomy/metadata governance model behind Verizon's content distribution workflows.
New ontology and SEO patterns drove 7.86% organic traffic growth across front-end dashboards.
Built a document-management system for hedge funds and private equity groups, leading a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and UAT testers.
Managed technical recruitment for Fortune 100 companies across .NET, Java, Oracle, SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, and UNIX — handling MSAs and SOWs across W-2, 1099, and self-incorporated engagements.
“Shyam is committed to customer focus. He takes great pride in his work and puts the right level of detail into his story development, in a timely fashion… Shyam is also more vocal than most of our team members, pointing out delivery issues and illustrating his passion to see them resolved.”Chris D.Delivery Lead, Perficient
