These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website ajjatp.com and to the services sold on it by AJJA Technology Partners Inc (“AJJA,” “we,” “us”). By buying a package or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
- Website build — a one-time $499 custom website, sold together with a monthly plan.
- Monthly plans — Hosting ($49/month), Hosting + SEO ($89/month), or Hosting + SEO + Content ($129/month), as described on ajjatp.com.
- Add-ons — Checkout system ($899, one-time) and Calendar booking system ($649, one-time).
- App build — a one-time $1,499 custom mobile app for iPhone and Android.
- Consulting — CRM, martech and platform consulting, quoted separately.
Package descriptions and prices on ajjatp.com are part of these Terms. We may update prices for new purchases; changes to an existing monthly plan take effect only after we give you at least 30 days’ notice.
2. Getting started
After you buy, we will contact you within 1 business day to plan your project. You agree to provide the content, logos, photos, accounts and approvals we need in a timely way. Project timelines depend on receiving these from you.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically each month and are charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel any time through our customer portal at billing.stripe.com/p/login/6oU4gzg1C24H6Zedfzg7e00 or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep service until then.
Hosting, SEO and content services stop when a plan ends. Before cancelling, ask us for a copy of your website files and content; we will provide them on request.
5. Refunds
Monthly plan charges are not refunded for partial months; cancelling stops future charges and your service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. For one-time build, add-on and app fees, contact us — refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the work completed.
6. Ownership
Once your build fee is paid in full, you own the custom content and design created specifically for you, along with your own logos, text and images. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licenses. AJJA may show your finished site or app in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. App store and third-party fees
Apple and Google charge their own developer account fees (currently $99 per year for Apple and a one-time $25 for Google Play), paid directly to them. Apple and Google decide whether to approve an app for their stores; we will make reasonable changes to meet their requirements but cannot guarantee approval. Domain names, paid plugins, email services and other third-party costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel plans shown on ajjatp.com are sold and billed by HighLevel, not by AJJA, and are governed by HighLevel’s own terms. AJJA may earn an affiliate commission when you sign up through our links, at no extra cost to you. Any setup or consulting work AJJA performs for your GoHighLevel account is a separate AJJA service.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you give us and for making sure you have the right to use it, and for complying with laws that apply to your business. We may refuse or remove content that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights.
10. Uptime and limitation of liability
We work to keep hosted sites online and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific search-engine rankings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AJJA’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
